Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by email only! All deposits are nonrefundable.
1. More than 72 hours before arrival time – no cancellation fees unless deposit was paid prior to arrival
3. 72-24 hours before arrival time – 50% payment of the first night’s rate
4. Less than 24 hours before arrival time – 100% payment of the first night’s rate
5. No Show/notice of cancellation – 100% payment of total reservation cost
