Rooms
The Fauzi Azar Inn consists of fourteen rooms and can accommodate up to fifty guests.
No two rooms in this 200-year-old Arab mansion are alike! Each room has its own unique style and character. Every room is comfortable, beautiful and immaculately clean.
All rooms except 1, 2, 3, & 7 include a private bathroom and air conditioning/heating.
Rooms 1, 2, 3
These three rooms are right off of the main lobby, and were the original bedrooms of the Azar family. With six-meter high ceilings and numerous windows, the rooms feel very open and spacious. Rooms 1 and 2 contain gorgeously hand-painted ceilings over a century old. These magnificent rooms are ideal for families or small groups, comfortably accommodating four to six people. Clean shared bathrooms are located nearby for your convenience.
Room 4
This beautiful, high-ceiling room is ideal for four people. It is conveniently located right next to the front balcony, kitchen, and main lobby.
Rooms 5 & 6
These double rooms, hidden away on the upper balcony, offer both privacy and elegant décor, ideal for couples.
Room 7
This ten bed mixed dormitory is definitely one of a kind. The uniquely painted floor with its vibrant colors makes the room come alive. The dorm is quite spacious and has excellent lighting, as well as lockers to keep your belongings secure.
Room 8
A double bed and three singles, plus a bright, spacious bathroom and an out-of-the-way location, make this room a great choice for a family with children, and can also accommodate single guests, couples or groups of friends.
Rooms 9, 10 & 11
These three rooms are beautifully decorated in three very distinct styles, with a gorgeous blend of old-world intimacy and modern elegance. All three are ideal for couples looking for space of their own, and all afford privacy with their location in a quiet, downstairs reading area as an alternative to the lively main hall upstairs.
Rooms 12, 13 & 14
For the first time, the entirety of the Azar mansion has been renovated and opened to guests. These three double rooms are newly decorated and furnished, and are situated in a freshly renovated lobby overlooking the nineteenth-century mansion’s courtyard.
