Dining with a Family
Experience the real Nazareth, its people, and culture by dining and relaxing with an Arab family in the heart of the Old City. The Fauzi Azar Inn now connects guests and travelers to the local Nazareth community in a new and exciting way!
About the Family
Hosting the dinner is Em Rami Nuwaiser, a Palestinian Israeli born and raised in Nazareth. Em Rami has been happily married to her husband for the past 33 years, and is the proud mother of five children, and grandmother of seven. The family regularly gathers at her house in the Old City to spend time together and eat Em Rami’s tasty food, as she is the main cook in the family. Em Rami brought her culinary skills to the Fauzi Azar Inn five years ago and is the person behind the Inn’s delicious breakfasts. She would like to welcome you over to sample authentic Arabic dishes and get a taste of the real Nazareth.
This is an intimate evening with other Fauzi Azar guests at the table of the Nuwaiser’s Old City home for a traditional Arabic-style dinner, including tea and Arabic coffee.
